Hi everyone. I heavily rely on customer reviews so I wanted to make sure to share my opinion. I’ve never ordered from Lily Blanche but I think now this is the only place I’ll ever get jewelry! First, the customer service was amazing and second, the packaging my beautiful bird necklace came in is to die for. SO, personalized and I would honestly rank their packing close to designer packaging I’ve received in the past such as Louis Vuitton & Cartier. Comes with many personal touches such as paperwork in envelope, gift packing, bow tied box and all wrapped up in beautiful tissue paper with a spritz of perfume. I can’t rave enough about Lily Blanche! They’ve now secured a life time buyer. If you’re going back and forth about your purchase just stop and buy! I promise you won’t regret. The bird necklace is gorgeous and looks so high end! The bird is the perfect size and the chain is beautiful!
