Wonderful service from start to finish
A wonderful service. I was thrilled with the locket for my mum’s 70th birthday. So much time and effort was taken and it was beautifully packaged. The locket has 4 pictures of my dad who we lost over a year ago so this will be a loving momento for my mum. I cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you so much.

No more last minute Christmas shopping
in the past, being your typical bloke, I usually do Christmas shopping to the last minute, and dash around the shops usually on Christmas Eve. Leading up to a very different Christmas with current restrictions, I was delighted to come across Lily Blanches website during a moment of inspiration on the internet. The website is easily to navigate and the pictures of jewellery are beautifully done. Any queries on line where immediately dealt with and the staff are so personal and helpful. I ordered a beautiful locket with photos of the family and kids. Choosing the photos was the hardest bit, everything else was so easily done. There was also a personalised engraving done which is extra special. The parcel arrived quickly and beautifully presented. Going The Extra Mile
I purchased the four heart locket as a birthday gift for my mother. In the current situation we have seen delays in receiving post and/ or parcels. To my surprise my mother received the parcel within 2 days of the order date. When she opened the parcel I was blown away by the presentation. It was evident there had been much care and attention taken to wrap the gift box in tissue paper and the gift box itself was of high quality.
