Outstanding Service when I purchased my locket
I ordered a locket and asked for 2 of the 4 photos to be added now and requested some additional personalisation with a little rainbow symbol on the back. Two more photos will then be added later. The team has all been absolutely brilliant in their time, help, patience and support. But most importantly, their personal touch to this experience has been mind blowing. The locket itself is stunning, I love the engraved rainbow and my wife is over the moon with it! The locket was so beautifully well wrapped when it arrived. The whole experience from beginning to end has been exceptional! And very timely! Absolutely brilliant.
