From the very beginning I have had outstanding customer service from the staff at lily blanche...I first enquired on their live chat as I was unsure between two necklaces etc but from that very first conversation they listened and respond to my personal needs and requests regardless of of how much money they could have potentially gained! Then they was in contact with me for each step and even the designer emailed me personally. Fantastic delivery time, fantastic packaging that smelled DEVINE and was all personalised to make you feel extra special before you get to the item. Heart locket with key.
We didn’t order the photos to be inserted but when we decided we needed them they moved everything they could to get it done by the date we needed. We couldn’t fault them. Our granddaughter was over the Moon with her locket.
