I rang up to check a couple of things about the necklace before I purchased and the person I spoke to was so helpful and friendly. The necklace is absolutely stunning and beautifully packaged. I bought a letter and moonstone necklace for my daughter's sixteenth birthday and she loves it. The only reason I have given 4 stars is that I thought the letter a little bit small, although my daughter thinks it is perfect. It seems to be of beautiful quality. I would definitely buy from here again and recommend to anyone.
