The Information We Collect And How We Use It
When you register to use our website we need to know your name, postal address and email address. To process an order we may also need your credit card number and expiry date, plus any security details that the credit card processor may require. This process takes place in a secure environment where your details cannot be accessed in their entirety by any individual. At no point in the payment process do we see your credit card details nor do we hold any credit card details. We use SagePay – the leading secure payment service provider – to process your payments and any refunds. We gather this information to allow us to process your orders, register your account and contact you with information regarding your account. We may use aggregate information and statistics for the purposes of monitoring website usage in order to help us develop the website and our services. These statistics do not include information that can be used to identify any individual. From time to time we may provide some information to external agencies – such as our website developer – for research and analysis purposes. No personal information regarding your account is passed to these agencies. When you register your account you can choose to opt out of receiving marketing email communication from LILY BLANCHE. If you are receiving emails from LILY BLANCHE and would like them to stop you can deselect them in the preference section on the My Account page or send an email to email@example.com with ‘unsubscribe’ in the subject line.
If you choose our photo insertion service we request that you email us the photographs needed for your locket. We will hold the images until we know you are happy with your locket or for a period of six months max. We delete all customer photographs on a regular basis unless you have shared them to our Facebook, Instagram or Twitter page and given us permission to share them or enter them into our competition.
Where we process personal data for marketing purposes or with your consent, we process the data until you ask us to stop and for a short period after this (to allow us to implement your requests). We also keep a record of the fact that you have asked us not to send you direct marketing or to process your data indefinitely so that we can respect your request in future. Where we process personal data in connection with performing a contract or for a competition, we keep the data for 6 years. You have the right to ask us for a copy of your personal data; to correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal data; and to obtain the personal data you provide to us.
The data controller for your information is Wow (Scotland) Ltd, the parent company of LILY BLANCHE with which you have a relationship or which manages the website you have visited.
Our Services do not target and are not intended to attract children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly solicit personal data from children under the age of 16 or send them requests for personal information. You have to be aged 18 or over to use this website.
LILY BLANCHE web technology is hosted on a secure server using SSL technology (secure sockets layer) to ensure that all credit or debit card transactions are completely secure. Every time we receive an order, we use fraud checking systems as well as authentication processes before we fulfil it. When you use our website, the secure server will encrypt all of the personal information you send us, including credit or debit card number, name and address. Encryption turns the information you enter into complex code, which is then securely transmitted. We take all reasonable measures to keep your personal information, order and payment details secure. However, we cannot be held liable if an event beyond our control results in loss to you.
We accept payment online by Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. In addition, you can also pay for all or part of your order using Lily Blanche Gift Cards.

Anonymous Visitor Statistics Cookies
Cookies are widely used in online advertising. Neither us, advertisers or our advertising partners can gain personally identifiable information from these cookies.
You can learn more about online advertising at http://www.youronlinechoices.com. You can opt-out of almost all advertising cookies at http://www.youronlinechoices.com/uk/your-ad-choices although we would prefer that you didn't as ultimately adverts help keep much of the internet free. It is also worth noting that opting out of advertising cookies will not mean you won't see adverts, just simply that they won't be tailored to you any longer.
You may notice that sometimes after visiting a site you see increased numbers of adverts from the site you visited. This is because advertisers, including ourselves, pay for these adverts. The technology to do this is made possible by cookies and as such we may place a so-called "remarketing cookie" during your visit. We use these adverts to offer special offers etc to encourage you to come back to our site. Don't worry we are unable to proactively reach out to you as the whole process is entirely anonymised. You can opt out of these cookies at anytime as explained above.
You can usually switch cookies off by adjusting your browser settings to stop it from accepting cookies. Doing so however, will likely limit the functionality of our's and a large proportion of the world's websites as cookies are a standard part of most modern websites.
