The Information We Collect And How We Use It

To process an order we may also need your credit card number and expiry date, plus any security details that the credit card processor may require. If you choose our photo insertion service, we request that you upload or email the photographs needed for your locket. We will hold the images until we know you are happy with your locket or for a period of six months max. We delete all customer photographs on a regular basis unless you have shared them to our Facebook, Instagram or Twitter page and given us permission to share them or enter them into our competition.
