Lily Blanche is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. We treat our customers' privacy with the same respect as we treat our own. This privacy policy explains how we process customer information and the procedures that we have in place to safeguard your privacy. This privacy policy applies to any online and mobile website and digital service of Wow (Scotland) Ltd trading as Lily Blanche.

The Information We Collect And How We Use It

Information You Give Us: When you register to use our website, we need to know your name, postal address and email address. To process an order we may also need your credit card number and expiry date, plus any security details that the credit card processor may require. This process takes place in a secure environment where your details cannot be accessed in their entirety by any individual. At no point in the payment process do we see your credit card details nor do we hold any credit card details. We use Braintree– the leading secure payment service provider – to process your payments and any refunds.

We gather this information to allow us to process your orders, register your account and contact you with information regarding your account. We may use aggregate information and statistics for the purposes of monitoring website usage in order to help us develop the website and our services. These statistics do not include information that can be used to identify you as an individual. From time to time, we may provide some information to external agencies – such as our website developer – for research and analysis purposes. No personal information regarding your account is passed to these agencies. When you register your account you can choose to opt out of receiving marketing email communication from Lily Blanche. If you are receiving emails from Lily Blanche and would like them to stop, you can do so via the “unsubscribe” link on any non-transactional email or deselect them in the preference section on the My Account page or send an email to hello@lilyblanche.com with ‘unsubscribe’ in the subject line.

If you choose our photo insertion service, we request that you upload or email the photographs needed for your locket. We will hold the images until we know you are happy with your locket or for a period of six months max. We delete all customer photographs on a regular basis unless you have shared them to our Facebook, Instagram or Twitter page and given us permission to share them or enter them into our competition.

Where we process personal data for to allow us to fulfil a contract or to fulfil an order you have placed with us or to allow you to set up an account on our website or enter a competition or giveaway. We use data to send information on any changes to our policies or to communicate with you about your account or deal with any communications or complaints.

We process personal data to allow us to personalise our products and services as requested by you. Please note that in certain circumstances we may be relying on our legitimate interests to send you marketing communications. You can opt out of receiving marketing material at any time using the methods outlined above.

Our Services do not target and are not intended to attract children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly solicit personal data from children under the age of 16 or send them requests for personal information. You must be aged 18 or over to use this website.

Information We Collect Automatically: The following information may be collected about you when you interact with us and use our website. Information relating to the browser, device or operating system you use to access our services. This allows us to ensure that our website and services are working across all devices.
