These terms of sale govern our relationship with you in relation to this website and the purchase of products on this site.
This agreement applies between you, the user of this website and Wow (Scotland) Ltd trading as Lily Blanche ® the owner of this website. Your agreement to comply with and be bound by the clauses below is deemed to occur upon first use of the website. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms & conditions, you should stop using the website immediately.
No part of this website is intended to constitute a contractual offer capable of acceptance. Your order constitutes a contractual offer and our acceptance of that offer is deemed to occur upon our sending an order confirmation email to you indicating that your order has been fulfilled and is on its way to you.
By placing an order for any Product(s) of this website you agree to be bound by The Terms of Sale and by continuing to access the website you agree to accept the practices described in these Terms of Sale, which may be updated or changed by us from time to time. A regular visit to this page will ensure awareness of any future changes. Your continued use of this website following any such changes shall signify your agreement to be bound by our modified terms of sale.
By placing an Order you are offering to purchase a Product on and in accordance with these Terms of Sale. All Orders are dependent on availability and confirmation of the Order price.

The Contract Between You and Us
Lily Blanche is the trading arm of Wow (Scotland) Ltd. Wow (Scotland) Ltd is registered in Scotland SC 270557. We must receive payment in whole for the price of the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us, we will confirm that your order has been received by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. This is not an Order Acceptance from Lily Blanche or its parent company Wow (Scotland) Ltd. Our acceptance of your order takes place on the despatch to you of the products ordered unless we notify you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled your order in accordance with clause 3. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. Only adults (persons aged 18 and over) are entitled to enter into legally binding contracts and as a result are the only people entitled to transact through this site. Any other individuals who are unable to perform legally binding contracts are prohibited from ordering goods using this site. If you do not qualify, do not use this site.
- 1. By submitting an order you declare that you are at least 18 years old.
- 2. You understand that you are responsible for complying with your country’s importation laws and taxes and that all goods are shipped at Purchaser’s own risk.
- 3. You understand that Lily Blanche products can only be dispatched pending payment in full, (including any applicable taxes and delivery charges), and on our receipt of credit card verification.
- 4. Lily Blanche or Wow (Scotland) Ltd does not promise that products are necessarily available, and all products are offered for sale subject to availability.
- 5. While Lily Blanche and Wow (Scotland) Ltd aims to be precise in supplying products purchased, neither Lily Blanche or Wow (Scotland) Ltd (the Vendor), any shipper, agency or other intermediary shall be held liable regarding any legal action resulting in discrepancy’s made from the purchase or complications following the use of the products purchased.
- 6. You understand that due to continual updating of products Lily Blanche or Wow (Scotland) Ltd reserves the right to change specifications and amend prices without prior notice.
- 7. You acknowledge that any Internet Service Providers, Designers or Support Agencies connected with this Web Site are in no way responsible for the conduct of the Site’s owner or the Vendor of such goods and services as are herein advertised for sale. Nor can said Providers and Agencies enter into discussion with anyone concerning such goods and services, nor act as intermediary between Purchaser and Vendor.
- 8. The Vendor, their agencies and providers will endeavour as far as possible to ensure that all Purchaser and transaction details are transmitted securely and in an encoded form in such manner as to preclude their capture and successful use by any third party.
- 9. It is not usually possible to detect from inspection of an Internet transmission whether the original of it had been forged, wrongfully altered or otherwise misused or whether transmission details such as name of sender, sender’s email address, or date and time of transmission imprinted on it automatically are genuine. Therefore you hereby indemnify the vendor and his agencies against any actions arising from the Vendor or Vendor’s agencies acting upon any such Internet transmission.
Order Acceptance
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch to you of the Products ordered, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled it.
Making a Change to the Contract
If you wish to make a change to the Product(s) you have ordered please contact us. We will let you know if the change is possible.
Engraving and Gift Messages
We are unable to process any engraving request or gift card messages containing profanities or inappropriate language. Where possible, we will contact you to seek an alternative engraving or gift message.
You do not have any right to (a) cancel your Contract for supply of any Product/s, (b) refund and Product/s and/or (c) exchange any Product/s that have been engraved or otherwise made to your bespoke specifications (unless such Product/s were damaged, defective or faulty when delivered to you or have been incorrectly delivered) A loose locket catch does not constitute a damaged, defective or faulty locket and can be easily rectified.
Promotion and Offer Codes
To redeem a promotion or offer code ("Code"), insert the Code in the "Voucher / Offer Code" box on the Shopping Bag page of the Site and click "Update". If valid, the Code will be applied.
In addition to any Code specific terms and conditions, the following conditions apply to all Codes:
Only one code can be used per Order
Codes must be applied in the checkout when making the order and cannot be applied retrospectively
Codes can only be applied to full price items (Codes cannot be applied to sale items)
Codes are non-transferrable and no cash alternative is available
Orders must be made prior to 23:59 GMT on the closing or expiry date of the Code (if one is specified)
All offers and promotions are dependent on stock availability
Offer codes and promotions may be amended or removed at any time
These Terms of Sale apply to purchases made using a Code
Delivery
We aim to deliver Product(s) to the delivery address you have requested in your Order within the time set out in our delivery information page we cannot give an exact or guaranteed delivery date.
If we have not delivered the Product(s) to you within 30 (thirty) days of the date of the Contract, or any other date that we may agree with you, then you may cancel the Contract and we will refund any money paid by you.
Ownership of the Product(s) will pass to you on delivery.
Business Customers
3.1These terms & conditions also apply to customers buying goods in the course of business.
International Customers
4.1 If goods are being ordered from outside the United Kingdom, import duties and taxes may be incurred once your goods reach their destination. We are not responsible for these charges and we undertake to make no calculations or estimates in this regard. If you are buying internationally, you are advised to contact your local customs authorities for further details on costs and procedures. As the purchaser of the goods, you will also be the importer of record and as such should ensure that your purchase is in full compliance with the laws of the country into which the goods are being imported. Please be aware that goods may be inspected on arrival at port for customs purposes and that we cannot guarantee that the packaging of your goods will be free of signs of tampering. Please also be aware that United Kingdom consumer protection laws may not apply.

5.1 Subject to the exceptions in clause 6 of these terms & conditions, all content included on the website, unless uploaded by users, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, sound clips, video clips, data compilations, page layout, underlying code and software is the property of Wow (Scotland) Ltd trading as Lily Blanche ®, our affiliates or other relevant third parties. By continuing to use the website you acknowledge that such material is protected by applicable United Kingdom and international intellectual property and other laws.
5.2 Subject to clause 7 you may not reproduce, copy, distribute, store or in any other fashion re-use material from the website unless otherwise indicated on the website or unless given our express written permission to do so.

Accounts
11.1 In order to purchase goods on this website and to use certain other parts of the system, you may be required to create an account which will contain certain personal details and payment Information which may vary based upon your use of the website, as we may not require payment Information until you wish to make a purchase. By continuing to use this website you represent and warrant that:
11.1.1 All information you submit is accurate and truthful;
11.1.2 You have permission to submit payment information where permission may be required; and
11.1.3 You will keep this information accurate and up-to-date.
Your creation of an account is further affirmation of your representation and warranty.
11.2 It is recommended that you do not share your account details, particularly your username and password. We accept no liability for any losses or damages incurred as a result of your account details being shared by you. 11.3 If you have reason to believe that your account details have been obtained by another person without consent, you should contact us immediately to suspend your account and cancel any unauthorised purchases that may be pending. Please be aware that purchases can only be cancelled until they are being made to your custom requirements.
11.4 When choosing your username you are required to adhere to the terms set out above in clause 10. Any failure to do so could result in the suspension and/or deletion of your account.
Termination & Cancellation of Orders
12.1 Either Wow (Scotland) Ltd trading as Lily Blanche® or you may terminate your account/order. If we terminate your account/order, you will be notified by email and an explanation for the termination will be provided. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we reserve the right to terminate without giving reasons.
12.2 If we terminate your account/order, any current or pending purchases on your account will be cancelled and will not be dispatched.
12.3 We reserve the right to cancel purchases without stating reasons, for any reason prior to dispatch.
12.4 If purchases are cancelled for any reason prior to dispatch you will be refunded any sums paid in relation to those purchases within 14 calendar days.
12.5 Use of the Wow (Scotland) Ltd trading as Lily Blanche ® contact form to address your cancellation within 14 days is required. Add phrase "Cancel" in email subject box to confirm your cancellation request.
Goods, Pricing & Availability
13.1 Whilst every reasonable effort has been made to ensure that all graphical representations and descriptions of goods available from us correspond to the actual goods, we are not responsible for variations from such descriptions.
13.2 Where appropriate, you may be required to select the required size, model, colour, number and/or other features of the goods that you are purchasing.
13.3 We neither represent nor warrant that goods will be available. Stock indications are not provided on the website.
13.4 All pricing information on the website is correct at the time of going online. We reserve the right to change prices and alter or remove any special offers from time to time and as necessary.
13.5 In the event that prices are changed during the period between an order being placed for goods and Us processing that order and taking payment, the price when ordering applies.
13.6 All prices on the website include VAT.
13.7 Any discounts available are redeemed by entering a code during the checkout process. We are unable to apply any discounts retrospectively due to promotional and product changes. Only one discount or promotional code can be used per order.
13.8 Discounts & Promotional offers can be removed or amended at any time.

14.1 Products and product designs can be updated at any time, please read the product descriptions carefully.
15. Orders & Delivery
15.1 No part of this website constitutes a contractual offer capable of acceptance. Your order constitutes a contractual offer that we may, at our sole discretion, accept. Our acceptance is indicated by us sending to you an order confirmation email. Only once we have sent you an order confirmation email will there be a binding contract between Wow (Scotland) Ltd trading as Lily Blanche ® and you.
15.2 Within 24 hours of your order being dispatched, you will receive an Order Confirmation Email. You have an obligation to be available to recieve the parcel. Wow (Scotland) Ltd trading as Lily Blanche cannot be held liable for any failure of delivery if you change or update the delivery information directly with the courier when the parcel is in transit. If you have not received your parcel within 10 working days from dispatch, please contact the office and we will provide tracking information for the parcel. If your parcel has not arrived within 14 days, please contact your local sorting office to check that it isn’t awaiting collection (even if a card has not been left) as we cannot be held responsible for delivery failure. If your parcel is returned to us as undelivered, a delivery charge of £4.50 will be charged to re-post. The cost of the return to us will be deducted from any refund. Please note that in the unlikely event of a missing parcel, we cannot offer to replace or refund your order until the parcel has been officially classed as missing by the carrier which is currently 30 days from posting.
15.3 Order confirmations under sub-clause 14.1 shall contain the following information:
15.3.1 Confirmation of the goods ordered including full details of the main characteristics of those goods;
15.3.2 Fully itemised pricing for the goods ordered including, where appropriate, taxes, delivery and other additional charges;
15.3.3 Estimated dispatch time(s);
15.4 If we, for any reason, do not accept your order, no payment shall be taken under normal circumstances. In any event, any sums paid by you in relation to that order will be refunded within 14 calendar days.
15.5 The risk in the goods shall remain with us until they come into your physical possession.
Returns Policy
16.1 Wow (Scotland) Ltd trading as Lily Blanche® aims to always provide high quality goods. Returns are governed by these terms & conditions.
16.1.1 If you receive goods which do not match those that you ordered, you should contact us within 14 calendar days to arrange return. We will assess the goods and alleged faults upon receipt and if we conclude (at our sole discretion, acting reasonably and in good faith) determine that the fault is not a result of mistreatment by you (deliberate, negligent or otherwise), we will restore or replace the goods at no additional cost to you.
16.1.2 If goods are agreed by us to be faulty, you will be given the option to have the goods replaced with those ordered (if available) or to be refunded through the payment method used by you when purchasing the goods. Please note engraved, modified or bespoke items are non-refundable. Replacements will be issued upon our receipt of the returned goods. If the goods are agreed by us to be faulty then we are fully responsible for refunding shipment costs for the returned items. Goods must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and documentation. Refunds will be issued within 7 days after receipt of the returned goods and will include standard delivery charges. We regret that additional costs such as first class and express delivery, photo service and gift-wrapping cannot be refunded.
16.2 If goods are damaged in transit and the damage is apparent on delivery, you should refuse delivery on that basis. The parcel will be returned to us. If the damage is not noticeable on delivery, please contact us as soon as the damage becomes apparent. To return the damaged goods, please contact us within 14 calendar days. Once the items are received back at our warehouse and the goods are agreed by us to be faulty then you will be given the option to have the goods replaced or to be refunded through the payment method used by you when purchasing the goods. Replacements will be issued upon our receipt of the returned goods. Refunds will be issued no later than 30 calendar days after receipt of the returned goods and will include standard delivery charges. We regret that additional costs such as express delivery and gift-wrapping cannot be refunded. In this instance we will also cover the cost of the returns postage.
16.3 If any goods you have purchased have faults when they are delivered to you, you should contact us within 14 calendar days for return instructions. You will be given the option to have the goods replaced or to be refunded through the payment method used by you when purchasing the goods. Replacements will be issued upon our receipt of the returned goods. Refunds will be issued within 14 working days and in any event no later than 30 calendar days after receipt of the returned goods and will include standard delivery charges. We regret that additional costs such as express delivery and gift-wrapping cannot be refunded.
16.4 If any goods you have purchased develop faults within 6 months of delivery, you may be entitled to a repair or a replacement. In order to arrange this you should contact us within the 14 calendar days period for details on how to return. We will assess the goods and alleged faults upon receipt and if we conclude (at our sole discretion, acting reasonably and in good faith) determine that the fault is not a result of mistreatment by you (deliberate, negligent or otherwise), we will repair or replace the item.
16.5 If you are a consumer based within the European Union, you have a statutory right to a “cooling off” period. This period begins once your order is complete and ends 14 calendar days after the goods have been delivered to you and is not applicable to personalised goods. If you change your mind about the goods within this period, please inform us within 14 calendar days of receipt. Goods must be returned to us within 14 calendar days of the day on which you inform us that you wish to return the goods. You are responsible for paying return shipment costs if goods are returned for this reason. Refunds will be issued within 14 working days and in any event no later than 14 calendar days after you inform us that you wish to cancel under this provision and will include standard delivery charges. We regret that additional costs such as express delivery and photo service cannot be refunded. Engraved, modified or bespoke items are non-refundable.
16.6 Wow (Scotland) Ltd trading as Lily Blanche ® may not be able to accept returns under the cooling off period of the following types of goods and/or taking into account the following circumstances:
16.6.1 Goods made to your specifications or that have been personalised;
16.6.2 Goods which have been adapted or modified by the purchaser in any way after receipt
16.6.3 Goods which have been repaired or adapted by another company
16.7 Cost and arrangement of faulty goods - Wow (Scotland) Ltd trading as Lily Blanche ® will arrange for return of confirmed faulty goods. This can be charged to user if proved not faulty on point of return.

22.4 In the event that any of these terms are found to be unlawful, invalid or otherwise unenforceable, that term is to be deemed severed from these terms & conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms & conditions. This term shall apply only within jurisdictions where a particular term is illegal.
No Waiver
23.1 In the event that any party to these terms & conditions fails to exercise any right or remedy contained herein, this shall not be construed as a waiver of that right or remedy.
Previous Terms & Conditions

Communications
26.1 All notices/communications shall be given to us either by post to our premises (see address above) or by email. Such notice will be deemed received 5 days after posting if sent by first class post, the day of sending if the email is received in full on a business day and on the next business day if the email is sent on a weekend or public holiday.
26.2 We may from time to time, if you opt to receive it, send you information about our products and/or services. If you do not wish to receive such information, please click on the ‘unsubscribe’ button within the email or update your preferences in your account.

Warranty Exclusions and Disclaimer
1.1 Lily Blanche will accept returned, unused and unworn, undamaged jewellery in its original packaging within 90 days of delivery date. A refund will result on the jewellery being returned. Our photo and engraving services are non-refundable, as are shipping charges. We cannot refund engraved items or bespoke orders. Faulty goods will be repaired or replaced upon receipt of the faulty goods and Lily Blanche or Wow (Scotland) Ltd will not be held liable for any returns lost or damaged in transit.
Please note that our jewellery is handmade and hand-finished in small batches. In all handcrafted items, small variations in finish may occurs with all handcrafted items, small variations in colour, finish or size may occur. This is not considered a defect and does not affect the wearability of the piece.
1.2 Lily Blanche and Wow (Scotland) Ltd does not warrant, guarantee, or make any representations regarding the use, or the result of use, of Lily Blanche products or services. No oral or written information or advice given by Lily Blanche shall create a warranty and you may not rely on any such information or advice.
1.3 Lily Blanche or Wow (Scotland) Ltd will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or incidental damage or loss of any kind however caused, arising out of the use or inability to use its products or services, even if Lily Blanche or Wow (Scotland) Ltd has been advised of the possibility of such damage, injury or loss.
1.4 If any exclusion, disclaimer or other provision contained in this agreement is held invalid for any reason, Lily Blanche or Wow (Scotland) Ltd becomes liable for loss, damage or injury, that could otherwise be limited such liability whether in contract, negligence or otherwise will not exceed the amount actually paid by you (if any) for the product or service.
1.5 You acknowledge that the allocation of risk in this agreement reflects the price (if any) paid for products or services and also the fact that it is not within the control of Lily Blanche or Wow (Scotland) Ltd how, and for what purposes its products or services are used by you.
1.6 For the purpose of this clause 1 Lily Blanche shall include Lily Blanche, Wow (Scotland) Ltd, its holding companies, subsidiaries and any other companies or persons connected to it.
General
2.1 This agreement is the entire agreement between you and Lily Blanche and supersedes any other oral or written communications, agreements or representations with respect to any and all its products and services.
2.2 Nothing in this agreement will affect the statutory rights of a consumer in consumer transactions under any applicable statute.
2.3 If any part of this agreement is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable the validity of the remainder of the agreement will not be affected.
2.4 A person who is not a party to a Contract is not entitled to enforce any of its terms (including these Terms of Sale) under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
2.5 We will try and solve any disagreements quickly, fairly and efficiently. However, if you are not happy with the way that we deal with any disagreement and you want to begin court proceedings, you must do this within Scotland.
2.6 The laws of Scotland govern this agreement.
