18-Carat Gold Vermeil

This heart pendant is made from 18-carat gold vermeil, with a sterling silver base and an 18-carat gold finish. It is not solid gold. A sterling silver version and an engravable disc design are available separately.

Please allow an extra 1–2 working days for engraving in addition to your chosen delivery service. UK standard tracked delivery is £4.50 for orders of £125 or less; standard UK delivery is free on orders over £125. First Class and Express options are available at an additional charge. Delivery times are estimates, so contact [email protected] before ordering if you need it for a particular date. International charges are shown at checkout.

Can I return or exchange the necklace after it has been engraved?

Engraved or bespoke necklaces cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind. Eligible non-engraved, non-sale jewellery can be returned within 30 days of placing the order if unworn and in its original condition, subject to the full returns policy. Contact [email protected] before sending a return; return postage is the customer's responsibility. If your necklace is faulty, please contact the team. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

How do I care for my gold vermeil heart necklace?

Your necklace is supplied with the Lily Blanche jewellery care kit, which includes a soft polish cloth, and a velvet Intercept® anti-tarnish pouch. Gently polish the gold vermeil after wear with the cloth, without rubbing hard, and store the necklace in the pouch when not worn. Avoid perfume, lotions, swimming, showering, liquid dips and abrasive cleaners.

Each piece of Lily Blanche jewellery is packed in our studio with love and care. Open the box and take a moment to savour the amazing scent. Under the tissue, you will find a ribbon-tied gift box containing a velvet storage pouch. Our pouches are made for us in the USA and incorporate Intercept® technology to keep your jewellery sparkling when it is not being worn.

In the envelope with your name on it, you will find a polish cloth to keep your silver or gold jewellery clean. There is also a ring sizer. Keep it in your jewel box as it will come in handy.

If your item is a gift, you can opt to add a complimentary, ribbon-tied, luxury gift bag & a gift message at the basket stage.

Our packaging is reusable and recyclable. The care kit is designed to give your jewellery longevity.
