We aim to create your bespoke jewellery and dispatch it as quickly as possible, in line with our shipping policies. If you need to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible.

Engraved items cannot be cancelled once engraving has been approved.

To request a cancellation, please email us at [email protected] or contact us via Live Chat. Kindly include your name, order number and the reason for cancellation.

We will always cancel an order where possible. Orders that have been personalised, packed or shipped can no longer be cancelled.
