2. Upload your photos & engraving using the "Personalise" button on the page.
3. Edit the photos or contact the Lily Blanche personalisation team for an edit.
4. Choose your font and check your spelling.
5. Preview your locket and ensure you are happy with it.
6. We will print the photos and engraving exactly as they are edited by you in the app.
7. Sit back and relax while we create your unique locket!

You can add your photos using the personalise button. Click "personalise now" and "fill my locket" & upload your photos one at a time. You can edit them with the arrows in the button.

If you would like our team to edit your photos for you, email your chosen photos to media@lilyblanche.com with the order number in the subject line. Please select "I will email my personalisation later" in the personalisation app, so we know to look out for them. We will send you an edit for approval. You can make changes at this stage.
You may find it easier to edit the photos on a laptop. This video will help you choose the perfect photos for your locket.

Most Lily Blanche lockets can be engraved. You can use the personalise button on this page to add your engraving message and font to our engravable lockets. You can also email us at media@lilyblanche.com with your engraving. Please check it carefully for spelling. You can read more about personalisation, including the principles of engraving and what works best on a locket, here.

Please note that the engraving machine determines the size and scale of the individual letters and how they are placed on the jewellery. This will depend on the font, the message to be engraved and the precise mix of capital and lowercase letters.
Engraved items are non-returnable.

Our chains are made only of precious metals - sterling silver, 9 carat gold or 18 carat gold vermeil. The chain material matches the material of the locket. There are no base metals in Lily Blanche jewellery. We pride ourselves on the quality of our chains.
Most lockets come on a free, medium-weight curb chain as standard. Solid gold and white gold lockets can also be purchased without a chain. You can upgrade your chain size and type in the drop-down menu. Our current options are curb chain, rope chain, beaded chain, twist chain and belcher chain in sizes from 16 inches to 30 inches. There is a notes box to add a gift message, and we will print this free of charge for you. We can deliver directly to the recipient, taking the hassle out of gifting. We email your invoice, so no prices will show in the information in the box.
