This vintage locket features a beautifully cut, heart-shaped ruby gemstone as its focal point. Known as the stone of love, rubies are often gifted to celebrate a 40th wedding anniversary or July birthday. The locket is crafted in 18 carat gold vermeil and is hallmarked in Edinburgh by the Edinburgh Assay Office.
The Vintage Heart Locket comes in a black ribbon-tied gift box with a little storage pouch and branded polish cloth to keep your jewellery sparkling. The heart locket measures 29mm x 25mm (1.1.5 inches x 1 inch). The ruby gemstone is a genuine gemstone cut into facets to show the light-reflecting properties of the stone. A variety of chain lengths is available.
